Developed by a former UTM student, our residence is thoughtfully designed to promote a harmonious blend of study and community life, ensuring students feel right at home.
Founded to fill the gaps in student housing, our vision was to create a place where students could thrive academically and socially. The residence is strategically located to provide convenience and accessibility to the university.
We proudly serve undergraduate and graduate students aged 18-25, supporting their unique journeys through higher education. Our residents appreciate the caring and community-focused environment we cultivate.
